Scott Duncan: EVERYTHING out of a court is revenue. They are all BILLS OF EXCHANGE and is attached to ACCOUNTING by way of a CHARGING INSTRUMENT.
..im guessing they NEED to get YOU to act as SURETY for that charging-instrument TOO, for them to succeed and get that REVENUE? ;)
