You actually helped clarify alot. Before i would've said- "GOVERNMENT is NOT a PERSON. GOVERNMENT is a TRUST" - BUT, you clarified that in talking with Scott, that actually:
"Governments are not trusts, they only hold trusts as the trustees..." ( Scott Duncan clicked LIKE on this)
