That is really weird Brenda Larson and interesting at the same time as it shows that a BC is NOT required. Wonder if the LBR wait...but the BC states that the info IS AN EXTRACT of the LBR. Soooo.. the BC is just the PAPER proof that a security exists meaning the security is created from the LBR to begin with. Or am I wrong?
