lol, the kids left the gate open by accident for roughly 60 seconds, dog got ran out to greet two dogs and their owner, the "greeting" was not well received, and there was some altercation between his dogs and my dog, that lasted less than 30 seconds...so guy didn't want to talk to me or accept any apologies, just went off cursing, and swearing...a few days later animal control wants me to get a "licence" for the dog, I declined that offer....this was "on or about june 2"...I had all but forgotten about it till the cops came banging on the door...funny they would wait till 3 days before the court date, I would have registered mailed it back to them but I know it won't get there in time, so....
