The rub is of course- these are questions they never had any intention WHATSOEVER in answering on the Public Record to begin with, or else their JIG would be up.....in a sense, the Notice of Mistake has pre-determined that any proceedings were always destined to remain in OFF
..theres always the- "acting arbitrary/not following their own rules"-factor though, i suppose
