ok... was just speaking about the words "American Dollars" Does not The USA borrow from the FED? I was also thinking along the lines of the whole bait and switch aspects. And the fact that you are playing by thier rules when you use their coupons ... To use the coupon you are bound by their rules... So if international trade is done In American Dollars ( common use). UCC has dominoin over international trade and US Dollars are the currency. Jurisdiction falls to UCC. so to enforce they can send in the clowns correct? ANYWHERE on Land that is... no commerce at sea
