ok... was just speaking about the words "American Dollars" Does not The USA borrow from the FED? I was also thinking along the lines of the whole bait and switch aspects. And the fact that you are playing by thier rules when you use their coupons ... To use the coupon you are bound by their rules... So if international trade is done In American Dollars ( common use). UCC has dominoin over international trade and US Dollars are the currency. Jurisdiction falls to UCC. so to enforce they can send in the clowns correct? ANYWHERE on Land that is... no commerce at sea

As a term and condition of doing business, you set the rule of commerce in your domain. For example; " We accept Bitcoin only" and offer the means to exchange their money of exchange into bit coin. At the rate of that moment in time.

Private Money! We are allowed to make use of it in a usufructuary (Black's Law 1st Ed: In the civil law, one who has the usufruct or right of enjoying anything in which he has no property) capacity. I may not be completely correct in that statement. But, since the Gov't contracts/pays a corporation for the use of a product they produce that in the end must be returned (taxes) to them.

"Evolve beyond it" I first saw this back when it was posted as required viewing.... many times months ago. I watched it again, today. The understanding one has now of money is far more comprehensive, The protection of the notice of mistake, the ability to deal with forces that have kicked my ass, most of my life, were taught to me here. The mindfuck I have had recently wasn't as bad as I thought, just had to use it, had to jog the memory... My conversations, a while ago, with the Admiral had me reevaluate everything and showed me I was still valuing the wrong things. So if I have gone thru this... then I know at least 1 other person may have or will, as well. I think of it as part of the cargo of this forum it is important to add value. The value of a common experience and that the hard part is done... as was pointed out, as well as the fact, I have already paid dearly for it. It is fascinating to me. Empowering. "The Tender For Law" is the hole in the fence.
