Sure!...when there is a mistake! Sadly your parents REGISTERED the children. You can't UN-Register them. HOW would you apply it? CUSTODY is a legal term. If you DON'T want custody, notice of mistake is good for that. ALL "Legal responsibility" for the child would be removed... ...I can't think of any other way to apply it.

As i see it surety is not the matter at hand in a custody as nobody is trying to extract value from you

That's the problem here. Nobody takes the time to actually UNDERSTAND the notice. They just think it's a "magic" document, that they can use to "waive" their problems away. UNDERSTAND the documents you submit.

So the state can remove the child or give CUSTODY over to the other parent and there's no remedy?

Could you resalvage your child's vessel from the government somehow to have claim instead of them?

you have to be capable of 'backing up' what the document means when questioned. so if you really wanted to be like scott duncan, the only belief you would have is that YOU can litterally do anything your capable of, as long as it is within the common law, and you can explain to them, I KNOW NOTHING (now GFY (he says adressing the court) LOL I am hankerin for a good telling off of government people infront of their comrads, all while smiling and having a good ole laugh at there expense knowing there is nothing they can do about it.

Yes Jesse Alexander, you can. I've done it. It's only possible if BOTH parents agree.

Jesse Alexander, the thread titled: 'Adam Thomas explains how REAL REMEDY lies with the Bills of Exchange Act and AMENDING the ORDERS of Judges/Justices with it- thread. . . . . ' talks about amending orders & there are sections relating to the family court...long read but worth it
