Yes, you need to commission a TRUST in commerce. That is what a corporation IS. ...so set it up with somebody you TRUST.

And I don't know enough about this. I was thinking one could start a Common Law TRUST by using a Notary and Public Notices, then notify the SoS to issue a number to operate in Commerce with. I know this process can be done using a Corporation Sole, but that is a whole can of worms.

Not sure, but I think that is SS-4 for a common law trust.

ok that explains it. the first bank person said 'current' (dLic) ID<(clue), and asked specifically about the issued number. AHA so the drivers license # is issued to be doing business with the state. it's a secret agent id, only its in reverse. (the secret is kept from us) is that like brownie points for me?

so to open a bank account in the corporation's name, i'm the agent (autographer), the corporations registration number is the 'license', and the corporation vouches for me at my word, i am who i say i am, and there's where the peacekeepers society ID comes in.

If you have to "shop around" you are in NO position to set up a trust.

I still need to review the specifics regarding the procedure, so i can have a nice row of ducks rather than all scatterbrained... who/what/where is the item that other party i would consider be placed into, not one of the corporation names but in the trust as the trustee? (what is the position of that 'other' party), and why is it such a 'compromising' position? what if it were duplicated with the parties in reverse and dual companies with individual trusts each being equally responsible to the other creating a reciprocal liability?
