is not that ruling in controversy with the 1974 privacy act? does this mean the cops can knock on your door and if you do not answer they can presume you are guilty of whatever they want to make up for a reason for being there in the first place? AND if your not home (not answering) they can use that as an excuse to bust in to look for you? and any evidence to use against you for anything? he has a balloon! he might be gonnah try sneaking cocain into a jail! we gotta arrest him...

how do you prove that you dont have any cocain in your house? just because they didn't find any doesnt mean that your not just really good at hiding it...

If they can remove that right it makes the whole fabrication of evidence thing allot easier for them.
