Custom makes the law = INVITE, and/or, i thought about heading down to Lake Ontario to see you once. Until i realized, id look rather foolish screaming your name out-loud in an arbitrary marina standing on someone else's dock without PERMISSION (and we all know what happens when that happens, possibly) for lack of something called directions and/or coordinates ..this being said- is the Tycho-Brahe setting sail for the Hamilton-area Saturday, and does it have room for one more citizen/pirate on it?

This got me THINKING. The 'kabitzing' we're doing back-and-forth right now. Am i standing-in as a PLACEHOLDER for Daniel J Wentz...the same as The Queen is standing-in as a PLACEHOLDER for 'the person' i.e. meant to be my PERSON, in this whole equation?

Where you even paying attention when I wrote the words "Communications Network"? 416-994-1700 has been the communications gateway to the NX2000 network...since 1998. LAWS are on LAND, BTW. The ADMIRAL makes the law in this jurisdiction, dude. :P

^ Eugene Forsey said of this: "in Canada, the head of state can, in exceptional circumstances, protect Parliament and the people against a Prime Minister and Ministers who may forget that 'minister' means 'servant', and may try to make themselves masters. For example, the head of state could refuse to let a Cabinet dissolve a newly elected House of Commons before it could even meet, or could refuse to let Ministers bludgeon the people into submission by a continuous series of general elections,"[10] and Larry Zolf commented: "The Governor General must take all steps necessary to thwart the will of a ruthless prime minister prematurely calling for the death of a Parliament."[11] Examples of such actions took place during the viceregal service of the Viscount Byng of Vimy, John C. Bowen,[12] and Frank Lindsay Bastedo.[13] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen%27s_Privy_Council_for_Canada

interesting wording about getting information from the Privy Council of Canada: "Although the Access to Information Act does not apply to confidences of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada, an individual's request for such a record must be answered. This is a requirement of government policy, not of the Access to Information Act." http://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=4&ved=0CEgQFjAD&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tbs-sct.gc.ca%2Fpol%2Fdoc-eng.aspx%3Fid%3D25487%26section%3DHTML&ei=66G_Ue-EIbOLyQG0xoDACg&usg=AFQjCNHxBVjmfqeWupkYuPdhB3s-sWJZDg&bvm=bv.47883778,d.aWc

Joel Kinmond: This: Go here and read Section 2: http://www.solon.org/Constitutions/Canada/English/ca_1867.html Then read Note 3: Section 2, repealed by the Statute Law Revision Act, 1893, 56-57 Vict., c. 14 (U.K.), read as follows: 2. The Provisions of this Act referring to Her Majesty the Queen extend also to the Heirs and Successors of Her Majesty, Kings and Queens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. Queen Victoria, the reigning Queen in 1893 died in 1901. Although other sections of the BNA Act stipulate powers of Her Majesty, without the provisions that were deleted in Section 2, it would seem obvious that such powers died with Queen Victoria. In 1998, the Statute Revision Act of 1893 was rescinded by the British Parliament, but rescinding an old Act of Parliament doesn't re-establish an erased statute, or part of one, especially since the Statute of Westminster of 1931 nullified any further British statutes having any authority over Canada. A school blackboard erased in 1893 does not have that which was erased re-appear because the eraser was thrown in the garbage in 1998.

"charge" means a charge on LAND given for the purpose of securing the payment of a debt or the performance of an obligation, and includes a charge under the Land Titles Act and a mortgage, but does not include a rent charge; Im guessing this has something to do with- ROYAL Navy, ROYAL Air Force, but NO Royal ARMY, Scott? http://www.canlii.org/.../latest/rso-1990-c-l4.html
