3 people waiting in the hallway ganged-up on me last week while waiting for our paralegal-class to start when i told them the Criminal Code "does not apply to you, unless you acquiesce to it through your implied consent". . .."EVERYBODY KNOWS the Criminal Code applies to EVERYONE" they all said. . ."Really? Have you ever read section 2. of it where the definitions are for "every one-person-owner"...do you understand what 'include' means in legalese, you guys ARE in a paralegal course this MIGHT be important for you all to know in the long-run"..... they all just looked at me with this sense of resentment, almost for having pulled their heads out of the sand

Justin Moule shared with me the email he got from someone-who-thinks-they're-in-charge-of-something, regarding the vaccination of his daughter. Then he showed me the reply he sent, this essay on all the stuff that is WRONG with vaccinations. I asked him- could i have that lady's email, i wanna ask her one simple question, ill keep it honourable, and ill copy it to you...this is what i wrote to her: Hi Ms. Cameron - how are you? When it comes to deciding to whether or not to give consent to having someone stick a needle in a child's arm filled with god-who-knows what, it always comes back to a simple question i have of my public-servant-trustees with a fiduciary duty to do whatever is in my best interests, simply put; what is the jurisdiction of law in Ontario? ..a long-way granted of saying- "BY WHAT AUTHORITY, and WHO the fuck are YOU?!"........no answer to that question yet

Mr. Frisbey, allow me to demonstrate the flaw in your thinking: In 1989 I had my EMAIL ADDRESS on my business cards. The only people who knew what it was, were those qualified to understand what it was... Yet NOW the things my parents called "secret code" are commonplace....and none of you actually know how it works. My FUCKING EMAIL ADDRESS was the biggest "mystery" in the family. I was even accused of being "crazy". Here is how the world saw the internet, way back then: http://youtu.be/MV6lzMfeq78 Even with that information, you STILL could not grasp what an email address was, back then. ...just as you could not grasp bitcoin, and how you could not grasp what I am building in order to steal this hidden-in-plain-sight thing, that all of you are to blind to see. I'm trying to educate as fast as I can, but it really is too late for most of you. By the time you see the value of what I took, it will be of use ONLY to me. I'll decide who gets the benefit, after that.

The moment i heard my first-class- "...you'll only be able to represent a PERSON in Summary Convictions-court," i asked the instructor- "So how do i become a paraLAWFUL so i can actually HELP people instead?"...nice lady, but she had no idea as to what i was getting at and the rest of the class couldnt stand me cuz of my constant questions concerning common law, which in their minds was something that was 'phased-out' at some point - LOL

No need. I enjoy a good joke. I was hoping to initiate a productive debate on concepts that, while rudimentary, would provide good building blocks on which to anchor more complex concepts and information. How you choose to spend your time indicates what you believe is important.

It seems the only "theme" involving belief that I think of is the "because some one said so" theme. I was putting that perspective out there. Most people that say they "believe" something have been "told" that something by some one they believe is smart. The only reason these people question that belief is because something that some one whom they believe is smarter then the first tells them some thing that contradicts the original belief.

Ok, so by that logic, let's say for the sake of argument you think I'm smarter than you are. If I simply tell you that rubbing human feces on your skin to remove warts is a sure-fire cure, you'll go for it?

I have read through the 108 (now 109) comments on this thread, subtracted those which have no relevance to the topic, subtracted those that say nothing useful, and have arrived at the conclusion that approximately 9% of comments are even remotely connected to what was initially written. Of these, unless anyone cares to point to something specific (and defend their reasons for the choice), I don't see any comments that couldn't be erased without any loss of pertinent information. This includes comments that I have written. Without useful feedback I am unable to tell if the topic is interesting, relevant or useful to those who read it. It is possible, but unlikely, that someone will read through 109 comments looking for additional insight or clarification. It is more likely that anyone who wades through the morass of useless thoughts, will decide the subject material was of so little importance, that no one bothered to take it seriously. Right now I'm not seeing any reason to post follow-up information on this topic. I don't take issue with what you comment specifically. I just don't want the things I write to be associated with stupid shit.

The purpose of putting things in writing is to convey thoughts and emotions, to disseminate information. While not publishing writing is an option, it defeats the purpose of creating it in the first place. Why is it unreasonable to ask that an honest attempt to bring any value to others not be devalued?

I'v thought about this subject alot since i joined here. Most of the belief structures listed i honestly never had and this as seen as a "bad attitude" by those that cling to them. When i first joined here i didn't believe a word as i had never so much as heard of Scott or Tara but now I know he is right for that very reason because A it makes sense and B i cant rebut or contradict anything he is saying and my own reading brought me to those conclusions. Not saying i don't have any belief structures holding me back i have took on board information i don't understand as fact at time's because it sounded good I'm working hard to get rid of that.

Tara Duncan, I have read ALL of the subjects you have posted here. I find the subject of belief (and how you conveyed your perception) very relevant to where man finds himself today. I LOVE challenging every belief. Anytime I hear myself using the word, I switch to thinking about the "belief" and researching rather than believing. Thank you for your time and effort. My father has also been reading your writings. I am ever so grateful as he has set the stage for belief in my life and anytime I challenge him he just gets annoyed. I wish all could wipe the slate clean, then start over without belief.

Thank you very much, Cara Small Atherton, Carl Dunne, Pete Daoust, Mathew Morrill - very thoughtful and inspiring (you didn't have to delete anything though, Mathew). I contend that anything you have internalized without understanding or verification can fall under the "belief" category. If you understand something you know the mechanics and can explain it to others. You can't explain a belief (even though it may also be a fact) as you haven't taken the time to comprehend what you have assimilated. If you know something you may still be opinionated and reluctant to change that opinion if new evidence is presented; but you don't have the same emotional angst about having your position challenged. You're interested in having the right answer. Being open to new ideas and constructive debate is critical to personal growth and information sharing. We need to be able to separate those things we believe from those that are real. As Cara mentioned earlier, we choose to believe things because we are too lazy to investigate. We take one belief and connect another one to it, and then another. At some point we are constructs put together with fictional information. In a large number of cases we have forgotten where we acquired the information and accept most of it as fact. It's a long road back from this mental conditioning. Thank you very much for your constructive comments.

Belief systems aren't just about religion. The beliefs we hold about ourselves are more damaging than any religion. Granted many of the beliefs we hold about ourselves originated in religion. The only way that one can get out of the current system we find ourselves in is suspending their belief in it. There is validity and actual empowerment in suspending belief systems instead of feeding them.

We tend to internalise the beliefs of the people around us during childhood "Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen." People may adopt the beliefs of a charismatic leader, even if those beliefs fly in the face of all previous beliefs, and produce actions that are clearly not in their own self-interest

THIS is why "belief" needs to be destroyed. Ignoring reality and smugly saying "belief" trumps it. This is rational in his eyes. EVERY time one of you sells belief, i see this play out. If you've EVER wondered how the Noble Lie took hold, this is it. The "virtue" this guy espouses is what allows entire cultures to be victimized. Keep that in mind whenever you see these people selling "belief" as the highest principle. These are the "mafia wives" of the system. ENABLERS. Roguesupport Nx: That's the problem with cognitive dissonance. Thinking and believing are mutually exclusive. When someone advances a fact that is in direct conflict with what you "believe" it is impossible to hold onto the belief if you are examining the foundations of why you think your "beliefs" are true. Unfortunately, in the case where your entire entire existence is founded on a series of "beliefs", how can you let that go without completely re-examining who and what you are? Belief, when countered with logic, has the ability to lock people's brains. The only defense against letting go of all unproductive thought is to stick your fingers in your ears, reiterate your beliefs at the top of your lungs, and hope that insulting the person talking to you will convert them, or make them go away. Holy Three Little Pigs house foundation kids. Talking to people who believe everything, but don't actually know anything, is largely predictable and very tiring.

Scott Duncan: But believers do. I need people who UNDERSTAND so they know WHY I give an order. ...and I need "believers" to shut the fuck up and do what they're told. The problem isn't getting rid of the corrupt, it's what to do AFTER.

Scott Duncan: Yes...and they teach that 'FAITH" is HIGHER than TRUST. They support it with "You must respect the beliefs of others" and similar idiocy.
