find the criminal code statute for kidnapping and add the sec. in along with your billing, and use those terms found in their criminal code statutes. the same for the mugging (going through your pockets) do not forget to bill for emotion discomfort, trauma and fear. PTSD is a very real diagnosis as far as the DSMV is concerned. (sik) LOL and you have completely forgotten to include your time, plus penalties for not paying within allotted time.

as soon as he stops functioning as a peace officer he is functioning under his own authority as a man and is liable and no longer protected by his office.

Any value or need to state "late or overdue payments will accrue interest at a rate of..." and its terms etc? This reminds me of cliffords 16 invoices, none of which have had their day in court so to speak (or so says CTV...)

Why do so many love using public law<? Taking a benefit from it and you wonder what contracts you entered into. Doesnt acts and signs show agreement? mmm yeah, placing it in brackets might solve this

Send a bill for your recording device.....charge an up front replacement fee, give terms of 7 days for payment, then in your terms and conditions stipulate $1.00 USD for every minute after this time that they do not pay...that racks up a huge bill very quickly and if the officer didn't serve a warrant at the time of seizure, then it's theft in his private capacity, regardless of what he told you. The department can be charged for receiving stolen goods...7 days is more than enough time to remove the 'evidence' required & return your property...you can't be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process. If he pays for the recording device to make you go away, then he's by his actions accepting all charges, cooking his own goose. If he doesn't, then sell the debt to the highest bidder (get an administrative judgement to validate the debt) & let him fight with financial institutions & credit agencies & debt collection agencies. At the end of the day it all becomes a very expensive football tackle ;-)

Where are you going for your definitions? Black's 8th defines "Arbitrary" as: "1. Depending on individual discretion: specif., determined by a JUDGE rather than by fixed rules, procedures, or law. 2. (Of a judicial decision) founded on prejudice or preference rather than on reason or fact."
