They account statment is a kind of reminder to wake up the customer that he has an invoice to pay

Then you wait 3 or 4 days, and you send a NOTICE telling your customer that he has NOT paid so far, and you give him 5 days to pay

Then you send a FINAL NOTICE, to tell him that you will go LEGAL to collect this INVOICE if you don't get paid in 5 days.

Then you send a DEFAULT NOTICE to notice him you haven't received the payment and now you will LIEN his assets if you don't receive your MONEY.

Then you LIEN the fucker, and you have EVERYTHING you need to do it properly and LEGALLY.....good luck :D

Doing my first one today. You can place the lien first it is an imperfect lien, then you need a court order to collect. I have watched videos where in the U.S. they are telling cops, judges etc. to put their property in their spouses names. Even with an imperfect lien they cannot remove it, so if they want to continue working (if you lien their bond or licence) they have to pay. If Dean is going to follow through with a lien, then this method is fine. I prefer the other way, lien first, invoice later!

Blake Gardner I put a lien on my charges yesterday, without the due process. I guess we will have to see what happens. Due process of law, do those people even know what that means? I am certain I am the only person that could do it in this instance as no other PERSON is involved, only the Ministry. As I said it is an imperfect lien, you must have a court order to collect make it perfect. To get the order I would guess you have to go through the due process of law. It is my first, live and learn.

I am new to this so....someone on this page just said lien the charges, no talk of invoices, statements etc. I suspect it is the same as a lien on the warrant. Scott Duncan had mentioned that, what is the process, do you have to sent a statement etc., for that. My name is on the charges so I am a party to it. Blake checked with my source and found out in placing a lien in the charges you do not have to send invoices etc. I believe it is a different situation when doing so one someone else's property.

I do not think anyone has all the answers, at least we are trying, that is better than doing nothing at all. Scott has not said one thing to me in regards to anything I have done. As far as Dean Kory goes, his method of remedy is fully acceptable. It may take many tries to find a perfect solution. The justices in my area are arrogant and do not listen to anything. They are afraid of me however and are sending in out of town crown and justices for my case. Are you suggesting that I just do not show up for court? I can do that, but I assure you they will put out a warrant for me and I will end up right where I started! Perhaps you have missed what I have said. It is YOUR BC that is required to appear. It's all about SURETY, and ACCOUNTING. The NOTICE OF MISTAKE works, but YOU cannot say it works, because YOU DID NOT DEPOSITED THE BC IN THE COURT FILE. You sent a notice with NO VALUE, plus you lied, because you sent notice saying PHILIP was in custody of the court, that there is a BOND to settle the account, but there were none! You did not follow instructions. << Are you suggesting that I just do not show up for court?>> If you place that BC, or at least a notarized copy of the BC on the court file (do an affidavit, and attach BC as exhhibit if they wont take the notice alone), and properly send the NOTICE OF MISTAKE, with the VOIDED order/ruling/sentencing/citation/summons to ALL pertinent parties, YOU DO NOT GO TO COURT. Scott's "Dean Kory" thread, and Derek's consolidation of "notice of mistake, and point of order" threads, seem to be the best and simplest (easiest to understand) pieces for us (me anyway) to retain... the hardest part is properly holding "them" to answer to the questions presented within the notice of mistake...I've recently witnessed them denying to acknowledge it, (the crown took it glanced at it and tossed it back at her, the judge wanted no part of it whatsoever)...not that it wouldn't have worked, so much as it was not properly put to them, and therefore: "FAILURE TO APPEAR, DEEMED TO... PLEA GUILTY? or something to that effect, I was too far back to hear the exact wording...we were threatened with arrest for "contempt of court" for not standing when "ordered" the sign out front says "please stand" "please" must be defined as "fuckin do it" in one of the many definition sections, lol I asked if that would be a civil or criminal, one guy said ask a lawyer, and the cop said criminal, I asked where/who is the injured party, he said there doesn't have to be one, and on the way out he was just to busy to elaborate any further, lol

I have never used a notary in the cases I have used the NOTICE OF MISTAKE. I have ALWAYS followed ALL of Scott's instructions/suggestions. But in the case of our ungrateful friend Philip, I suggested the use of the NOTICE OF MISTAKE in form of an affidavit, and affidavits of witnesses as "friends of the court,"making the court aware of the mistake, because of the level of alleged corruption in that county/district. That should itself create a fatal flaw in THEIR procedures. But, if Philip does not understand WHY is that he can do this, then it wont matter, because they will KNOW he does not have a clue of what's happening, and that he is just "pulling shit from the Internet".

In my case the cops picked me up, no warrant, threw me in jail, got an out of town crown out of town J.P. and an expert witness, just to try to keep me in jail until a trial. The fact that I got OUT on my own, and a first attempt says something! Also to the ones that say don't go to court, yet include what to say in court (point of order) is rather confusing! Admit it, no one has the perfect solution, there are many factors at play in any courtroom drama. Unless you have walked in our shoes, only support please, no one needs to hear what we could have, should have, would have done.
