We are experiencing the same here, Philip. The 'Beaks' did not recognise us as a 'Friend of the Court' (AMICUS CURIAE) acting 'in behalf of the PERSON' and refused to deal with the NOTICE OF MISTAKE. They want a conviction, one way or the other. The Hearing for Sentencing is this morning.

Colin try to lien the charges through PPSA, u need the file number, Minisrty of the Attorney general, (ontario) $28.00 Visa or Mastercard, they instantly give you conformatiom , print and bring into court.

Oh yea, they charged me with harassment and inciting fear, because I mentioned where a judge lived, didn't sent it to a judge, but the cop and crown now think I am stalking them and are afraid. I am 50 yrs old and have a fucking curfew!! But, I am ususally in bed by 9 anyway!! They are totally afraid of me, lawsuits and liens!!

Thanks Pete, these people are idiots!! They think they can do what they want with you!! I am going to lien the charges tomorrow and see what that does. I can tell by the looks of their faces they are afrard. They are sending in an out of Judge and crown, thinking I won't find out where they live. Police station then to court and the duty council said she was my lawyer, she wasn't. Then she said to remand me into custody took me 5 days to get out. They brought in a crown and J.P from London and tried to keep me in, didn't work. I was in court all day until 6:30, but i won.

I didn't sign anything there, no finger prints either. I did sign the bail papers under duress.

Not the person who I signed it with, but they did kidnap me with guns, the cop in the courtroom had a gun. It is a differnt ball game reading stuff than actually being there. No I have not entered a plea. I my first case they entered it for me!!

@Philip, we are in Australia. Besides, the Hearing for Sentencing commences in about an hour. I won't be attending as I am not the PERSON, but the MAN ... the Beaks acknowledged that during past hearings.

I have a warrant now also I guess after it was rejected it finally got approved eventually, I figured it would anyway.

I refused to let them fingerprint me. I was then allowed no visitors, no mail, no canteen. If you don't have canteen you don't have enough to eat. I had to give in and go with Vi Coaticus.

IIn the first case I threatened to lien the law licence for the judge, but he is retiring at the end of the month Brenda Larson what else can I do?

The way I understand it is that when the judge enters a plea for you he has assumed power of attorney over you. You would need to have sent in an affidavit within 3 days to correct this.

When he did that, he gave me no time to object, he immediatly wrote something down. I have seen others do it in a split second.

Knowing how to sign things properly should be one of the first things you learn. ALWAYS sign EVERY thing " By: Your Name, non assumpsit" and when in court, I added "Restricted Signature, Restricted Capacity" underneath my signature and then drew a box around the entire thing. Simple...

Drawing a box around something REMOVES it from the document. So technically, you have signed that piece of paper...but NOT the document that paper contains.

the bail condition papers here in Michigan are boxed all around the signature line completely in thick lines, Philip Laforet the magistrate here in Mich also wrote stuff down immediately after I made my declarations at my first appearance while being held in their custody on warrant.

yup, be swift and just regain control after they do something against your position, and appearing alone doesn't consent its entering the 3 options of their way to make a plea that seals the deal.

at least here they only give 3 ways to plea.

Same here. And when they entered the plea for me I asked if they were stepping down from the bench to practice law and if they thought they represented me, they were fired. Surrounded by sheriffs, not allowed to talk.....
