Did you- "...I reserve all rights...," right off-the-bat when you were in this supposed 'court?'

Yes, reserved all rights. Also, the Judge" said he couldn't hear me unless I crossed the bar. So I made it clear that being forced through the bar I was in no way consenting to contract and still reserved all my God-given rights. Also put in court file Affidavit of Reservation of Rights, Affidavit of Status. Pointed out that we could not proceed as there was no plaintiff. Said there was no man/woman present with a verified claim against me, a man. I also did not "understand/stand under" the charges.

I didn't have this Affidavit of Mistake at the time. I had something similar from Tami Pepperman called a Forgiveness doc and an Executor doc but they just ignore everything.

It should have been dismissed for lack of jurisdiction for failure of due process. They served me through the mail so I put in an Affidavit of no Service. Denied.

OOps, yup, Notice of Mistake. I'm beginning to understand that affidavits are ignored by them. Apparently, we are to be doing Notices and Admissions.

Bildo, how did you have a Discover card without 14th Amendment status?

When I filled out the card agreement, I did the name in all caps and signed it with "By:" in the signature line. I have POA docs for the "legal person".

Just like when I deposit a check in the bank I endorse it with "Redeemed for lawful money pursuant to 12USC411" Then I sign with "By:" before my signature. I never claim to be the "person". I'm just the Authorized Representative.
