If you have a mortgage, Notice the the bank requiring them to send their agent to your home with the original note so you may settle and take possession of the note. If they don't do that within seven days they agree the debt does not exist..

No, don't bother with the A4V crap...your indorsement just like on a check (with your social number if you have an unclear signature) means the instrument can be cashed...otherwise the VP of the bank will do it and that's what gives them a claim.
