I'm sure the cop who made the arrest have a QUOTA to respect, and I would say his quota is around 10 arrests a week, now, buy arresting 7 in the same day, he can relax a bit and let the JUSTICE SYSTEM fuck around with these SURETIES. But hey, I might be wrong here :/

Sorry, I'm in this mood today....I can VISUALIZE as we speak these high ranked cops, having their YEARLY business meetings, and Threatening their medium ranked cops, that if they don't reach their QUOTAS, they will have to fire some of them, hey come on guys, "MOTIVATION", we have to meet quotas and keep business rolling...COME ON...!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly. I have a teenaged son and a daughter who's only 3 years away from high school and if ANYONE ever did something like this to either of them...let's just say that hell hath no fury...like an angry mother!
