I'm going to rewrite this. I'm not suggesting it isn't good, but I think it would be a good exercise for me and my learning..editing is always easier then writing lol

TL;DR
A Declaration has as much legal authority as my declaration that Irene Gravenhorst is my little cum-bunny of lawful standing.
It's legal white noise to distract the ignorant.
For fuck sake! Scott types "my declaration that Irene Gravenhorst is my little cum-bunny of lawful standing."...
...AND someone follows that with "only a court or tribunal can make one right. a declaration." *sigh*
I declare... Kelleran? Let us see your rewritten Notice when its done. Gail too. Id do the same but Im always pressed for time.
All the ad hominem bullshit and deviations from thread kill my interest in here very very quickly, but Id still like to se what changes you make and how tight we can get your...whatever the piece of paper youre using to do this. I wouldnt wanna use the wrong word and say "Notice" when its a "Petition" or say its a "Petition" when its a "Motion", or say its a "Motion" when its a "Notice".
Declaration of ME:
:Shawn Ofthefamily Folkes does not understand WHAT ad hominem really means.
Signed and Witnessed this 26th day of May, in the year of your lord 2013.
Re; Notice. A little long winded and repetitive at times...try and condense it to 1 or 2 pages if at all possible, because in court or any other personal interaction you will need to verbalize your contract and you'll be up against a very short attention span. Just an idear.
