ACCUSED? Do you even read my notices? Read NOTICE OF MISTAKE again. Look for the word "ACCUSED", and read that paragraph, which says exactly NOT "Im the lawful Holder in due course of the accused PERSON"! You couldn't have been more wrong if you were doing it for a prize!
In the matter of SURETY for the LEGAL NAME, I believe that there has been a MISTAKE as the SOLE BENEFICIARY has been INCORRECTLY IDENTIFIED as the accused.
"Hi your Worship. My mother called me Derek, but im here to agree to act for the Crown as SURETY for the charges laid against DEREK MORAN. Please point me into the direction of the closest jail-cell as i do not WISH to waste the time of the court any further."

I know a guy, who had to go to court, got in front of the judge, was told to state his name, so he just matter-of-factly asked- "Umm...it'd be okay with the court if i first just went ahead and reserved my rights before we begin, right your Honour?" I guess the judge just sat there with a stunned-look on his face. Like this guy said to me- "What else was this judge going to say to me- 'NO. You cant reserve your rights before we begin.' He'd be admitting to everybody in front of the court that he was denying me MY RIGHTS." - LOL
