Family Courts are a joke. They are set up to be adversarial. The only ones that benefit are the lawyers by the application of their ridiculous fees. The losers are always the children!

Dean I sympathize with you. I haven't seen my son for 5 years. His Mother has influenced his decision not to see me. It is called parental alienation syndrome. Keep the faith brother and keep up the battle, you will overcome, good ALWAYS wins over evil!!

I was seperated for 11 years with my oldest daughter...we reunited not long ago,she was only 5 when we were divided, she has a clear memory of our past and the bond we shared...was the most beautiful moment of my life...brought from such a painful beginning!

Keep looking, get to the bottom of the problem.. the child is not yours, you signed them over to the state and they are owners. Now to top it if you got a marriage license than you also entered a contract with the government to have them put you in family court.

It is criminal what happens in these situations, perhaps that is a solution, a criminal charge, or a breach of trust tort?

Look at why you don't own your child. What gives them the right, you must look at something. Never rarely do they brake the law.

My deepest sympathies Dean. There are no things that impact upon ones right to family, life, liberty and not to be subject to cruel treatment more than keeping a child from a loving and caring human parent. You speak of the terms "custody" and "access". Are those not terms decriptive of statutorily granted privileges conferred upon classes of persons by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second? You mention "Family Court". Is the jurisdiction of Family Court not almost entirely statutory? In your other post you state you are "man with inherent rights and jurisdiction (common law)". Why then, are you in a statutory court seeking priviliges conferred upon statutory persons?

What court are you in? What are you claiming as the source of your rights to your offspring? And, what specifically, are the rights your are claiming?

Neither of those courts can hear common law matters or grant remedy respecting same. It is beyond their jurisdiction. That is, they have not been granted authority to hear common law. They can't hear you.

Look, here is an analogy to consider. You pull your car into Mr. Lube where they do oil changes. You hop out and demand the guy in greasy coverall gives you a haircut. You tell him that you have every right to receive a haircut (and lets assume you do). For some reason you are of the belief that Mr. Lube should recognize and honour your right to recieve a haircut. The guy looks at you like you're nuts. No matter how loud you yell and scream or try to claim Mr. Lube is a barber shop, you WILL NOT get a haircut there. They proceed to change the oil in your car though - THAT IS what they do there. You remain dumb founded as to why they would not give you a hair cut but proceeded to change your oil. YOU ARE AT THE WRONG PLACE TO GET A HAIRCUT.
