OOH-OOH, i got one- umm..Ontario is a common law jurisdiction? Mentions about it in section 80. of the Provincial Offences Act, AND, a couple of Maxims-of Law?

They went to a lot of trouble to bring me back something that does not belong to me(without my consent) and tried to erase the paper trail!lol!

If they want me to have this BC so bad...it's clearly something i dont want!

Provincial Offences Act-Common law defences 80. Every rule and principle of the common law that renders any circumstance a justification or excuse for an act or a defence to a charge continues in force and applies in respect of offences, except in so far as they are altered by or inconsistent with this or any other Act. R.S.O. 1990, c. P.33, s. 80. Ignorance of the law 81. Ignorance of the law by a person who commits an offence is not an excuse for committing the offence. R.S.O. 1990, c. P.33, s. 81.

Just a side note...i cut it in half and laminated it...the 2 things they say voids the birth certificate! lol!
