No. NOT true. "courtesy notice"? Really? The notice ITSELF is untrue. UCC is for ESTABLISHING JURISDICTION and providing De Facto laws where none exist. It does nothing else. There is NOTHING legitimate about ANY method that involves OPPT. NOTHING.
