We intend to list as Defendants, amongst others, the government(s) in Canada, the BAR Association, the various Law Societies, the various agencies of government(s), and possibly individual criminal perpetraors of the human rights violations taking place in this country.

So their lawyers are going to "charge" other lawyers? After all these people who are "signing up" have already consented to their place in this world?

No, they are making a claim against the "defendants"

More than anything else I want to see the corrupt system disappear into oblivion. However, given what I have read in this group, this seems like "appealing to our rapists". That being said I hope I am way off and that this thing is successful.

This was posted a while back and Scott didn't seem to think it was a good idea then. Maybe it was because of an ongoing spat between Tony Boutros, Dean and Scott. The post at the time was from Tony's Blogtalk show. I am pretty sure at one time it was said in here that there was some issue with being a plaintiff in court. Anyways if I have made a mistake about any of this please forgive me.
