i have to agree with scott. government workers are by far the useless. They don't do anything other than take maybe a 6 hour course on how to handle people and then get some stupid certification and can work for the government(my friend did this so i know). they dont know anything outside of their job. The only reason they are there is because they couldnt find a job somewhere else meaningful so they go to government to feed themselves and family. I refer to the general workforce, there is always few exceptions.

Chad, you don't need actual people to search visual data. OpenCV can do it. It's not that hard to go through a terabyte of data if you can identify your target. Here is something FAR harder for visual input to do...identify targets in real-time. Recorded stuff isn't even real-time! OpenCV just searched for pictures of Tara Duncan in m 3 TB archive. Found, 11000 and put the faces it detected in a single contact sheet. It took about 1 minute. That's it being lazy, with a crappy bash script calling OpenCV with switches.
