never buy gold, the market has about 4 times the amount of gold over silver, silver will be worth more, it has more uses, and they will try to take your gold again, like they did in the 20-70's try to say they own the rights to all gold, then pay you only face value... silver is the way to go

IF you value that sort of thing. Bitcoin is better for actual "Money" as you can exchange it internationally. ...without running out of silver.

Copper has shown promise over the past year, so don't take that out of the equation. Bitcoin is going to be big in 10 or so years, digital money is the future for sure. Silver will hold value so keep stockpiling it.

silver, yes, allways. ironically through the past couple months it was palladium that is still holding it's own (least affected by the big drop that occured recently) as value as an industrial and somewhat coinable metal. buying up all the available old silver coins you can aquire at a reasonable cost is a safe bet. likewise with silver going below $23 when the prediction last year was we wouldnt see below $26 ever again should be a decent hedge. kitco.com/market http://www.coinflation.com/canada/

Bitcoin is what the govts worldwide are hoping on with trials. It's digital money, so u don't really get in hand money. Can only cause problems but they claim by 2020-2030 it should be in use.

Scott is also correct about bitcoin. it has many advantages over storage metals and cant be stolen. you CAN be an idiot and loose it thou. and it is only as private as you keep it, you dont ever have to tell anyone you have it, you can have it in multiple places, you can even use it to take a billion dollars value into and outside of the country/nation on a piece of paper written in code, part postal mail delivery or emailed to a friend.

http://www.bostonbullion.com/HowBigIsATonneOfGold.htm you know how much HP or BTU's it takes to move a ton? nevermind flying it privately. (why do you think the ultra rich own large boats). it takes less energy than a drop of sweat to move the same ammount of Bitcoins.

Bitcoin has no centralized bank or computer servers, that to me is a big plus. The growth on the supply of money was predetermined at the start of the currency and it will max out in the year 2170. That means government can't mess with it!!! Other then a few glitches in the software( expected growing pains) I don't see much wrong with it.

We learn from THAT and build a BUG-FREE one. The MONEY part is for YOU, and the OVERLAY NETWORK part...is for me :D
