That is a statement of birth, that is what the parents file with the province at the time of birth. That is what the government extracts information from to issue a birth certificate.

The registrar I guess Pierre What I find interesting is the DATE OF ISSUE....almost exactly four years after it was registered! Interesting.... Any thoughts as to WHY? I think I was declared "lost at sea"!

The registration date maybe when it was registered by your parents and or the date a copy was requested, most likely the first thought.

No Pierre I don't have person, per se. If I got one the charge would be $25 not $35, since its not a REPLACEMENT I would be receiving but my FIRST issuance. Interesting note....the issue date is almost exactly five years to the day that my parents emigrated here... hmmmm...

When cops accosted me I used to fuck with them by giving them one of my corporate identificatiin numbers; my OTIS and FPS numbers lol
