I'll post it before Scott does - You CREATE a corporation, then grant ONE SHARE. You are now the SOLE SHAREHOLDER (not an "owner"). You then ORDER (from the corporation, for which you are the CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER to LIEN your BIRTH CERTIFICATE. The corporation can then hold that asset IN TRUST - Scott

Shareholders have limited liability from the corporation. A corporation is it's own PERSON. It takes care of itself...

I'm not sure about the lien process, a thread yet to be explored. Unless you own a fleet of ships then you have no use for the UCC - Scott

True....and I don't like the UCC "theories" anyhow. But I thought that was a way of leining something

Maybe just a couple of witnesses and a notary? BIRTH CERTIFICATE = BILL OF LADING Parents were the GRANTOR (one of the parties that created the bill of lading). YOU ARE THE CARRIER! A Truck ACTING AS CARRIER is NOT "120,000 RonCo Turnip Twaddlers"! IT IS, IN FACT, A CARRIER THAT HAS "120,000 RonCo Turnip Twaddlers"! It's delivering it to YOU (The Beneficiary). It just hasn't arrived yet. You don't know that YOU own the CARGO. If you OWN the cargo you are transporting you are no longer in commerce. You are transporting PROPERTY. The NAME is the CARGO, and the BIRTH CERTIFICATE is the BILL OF LADING. It's valueless on it's own. Hence the term "Sold a bill of goods". With a lien you are letting the world know that the cargo is in fact YOURS. Nobody has the right to presume your cargo is for commerce now. That is ALL a Lien is.

you cant copyright a name because anyone can be any potential name. try petitioning probate court to change your name to Dos M. Windows.

Okay now I see why the puck's run a lien on my "PERSON" when I am arrested, they are looking for to see if any other party has jurisdiction on the said "PERSON"

It's registered (public entity) and held in trust by the state as a franchise therefore can't be copyrighted unless altered but why the copyright idear ? - owning stuff is debt - better to have a security interest...

one would try to copy-write it too gain control of said copy-write which cant be done because there is a lien on it all ready. If you try UCC it is the same. I think it is correct to place your own lien on it correct me if I am wrong.

Ok...so what if I have no "bill of lading" for the cargo? I then have nothing to "lien"? There is no "person" then, is there? "Wont you pease, please tell me what you know, I know this sounds absurd, but please tell me who I am"

I was born in Toronto Canada. I have a birth registration but never acquired a bc. None of my i.d., like my SIN, has my correct full name. Only my br has my full name. Do I exist? Am I lost at sea? Or just unclaimed property still at dock?

A "new" copy implies theres an "old" copy...I have no old cooy. A new copy costs $35, your FIRST copy costs $25. They would be charging me the $25. When I went to get a NEW copy of "my" SIN (my second one Issued) they asked for a bc to verify my I.d. I said I dont have one and at first the woman said my "document" (my b r ) was no good... I insisted it was and she looked it uo with her boss...and heo it was. My photo I.d. I was using ...was my release papers from jail that they give you. Of all the so called I.d. ive owned, my federal parole card was by far the best ine to pull out on people. Interesting to nite that in my caae, none of the I.d. I do have has my full correct name. Is this a bug deal? Yeah....like when I was beld in jail for SIXTEEN DAYS before they checked middle names and DOB's and realized I was the wrong guy. Maybe ive been someone who REALLY doesnt exist at all!
