Good stuff... I was of the impression that the JP only has 3 attempts to gain jurisdiction over the man? Then again the name of the vid is court corruption
wow, interesting, I went to a court house the other day and read a notice posted on the door into the court room. The notice stated (paraphrasing of course) The court must make sure everything is understood before "moving forward". Next time I am there I will read it again and ask to photograph it (or not ask) Then we can send him the NOTICE of understanding. Apparently he wasn't informed of this prior to hearing you (or should I say not hearing you).
Sometimes I wonder if that is why they call it a "court house". I remember my mother always telling me "My house. My rules" Maybe next time some one is summoned to court they should stand on the doorstep and send in a messenger with conditions on crossing their threshold.
I really love how you have him recorded saying, "I'm not giving you the same respect." Then went on to threaten you with jail. That is quite aggressive on his part. Wish I could have heard what the clerk said.
i have the rest waiting to put in the next vidio...that was the crown actually sticking up for me asking the court to recess so i could be givin information! she was shot down too!
The way they are willing to ignore every "written law" "they" came up with, one would conclude the only way to stop them is to quickly slap your own claim back and bring it into public court.
MY WAY or NO WAY. Otherwise, please fuck off. If you have a claim against me. BRING IT. I will discuss it with you. If I find I have caused you no harm, your feelings don't count, except maybe a pat on the back or a hug, NO COMPENSATION will be offered.
Nice one for standing your ground & not getting flustered...good to get some insight as to how they play the game...I found the information in these quite interesting & consistent with the tender for law regarding standing/jurisdiction etc: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76ZEBq66gzg&list=UUFzcsNod5aaBGy6XP6o4hUw
"Respectfully I am not here to find out what you want or not sir, I am here for legal determinations only"... Easy to think of these phrases now but on the spot I'm sure it's quite difficult...
