they broke in to your property? and you didnt shoot at them? they would consider you owed that based upon the registration. you did return & cancel the registration, and transfer ownership? you you have a copy of a bill of sale, or the return plate receipt?

yeah i wasn't at home when it happened or i would not have let them in. my car was broken so i contacted a garage (over 2 years ago)to come and take it. i don't have any bill of sale. or the return plate receipt.

well then I would go to the registry and find out when THEY cancelled the registration. technically YOU owe whatever they are claiming as i would believe their accounting numerology to not be inaccurate. they have a valid claim against you for acting irrisponsible.

i dont know what court you have but if the truth be nothing (as in you have nothing they could claim), it is illegal to force a person from being broke (but having a few things) to being a peon. PEONAGE http://blacks.worldfreemansociety.org/2/P/p0888.jpg and to note i did once find in Mass Law somthing to the affect of it being illegal. BUT them taking your lawnmower or other such property may NOT constitute peonage.

Side note? It IS all about accounting with them...literally. So...if you DO owe them and have to pay....fuck them up. If your tax is like $200 lets say....send them a properly signed and documented money order...for $201. They will send you a check for the $1...which you dont ever cash...because cashing it completes their ACCOUNTING processes and nothing gets "finalized" til you cash that check, but still shows youve paid and done your end. This was especially useful when I used to get traffic tickets, and prevented loss of demeirt points (you know...that whole brainwashing bullshit where they have you thinking driving is a privilege, not a right, as it is). So if/when you DO end up paying what you owe, mess them up by overpaying and dont cash the balancing check!
