so, no one has actually used any of this stuff to get compensation? I want to get my money soon in case they do away with money and then what???? I don't want anyone to do it for me, someone must have a process, I have heard of commercial lien but they don't allow commercial liens in NS unless it is a builders lien or is that irrelevant...I want to have the effect of giving my proper notice that they had the pleasure of screwing me and my family and this is what my rates are. establish through affidavits? that they don't rebut anything...they agree that they owe me the money and whatever.....and then demand payment....I sound crazy to myself....I know you, we need not to do things for people cause victims can do stuff for themselves, but I don't know what to do, where to start. I just finished 2 years of (basically) law studies, I went to court, by their rules, which was dangerous, and I won. I do not know anyone else in NS who lost custody of a child and got the child back. And now that my child is home, less time for research.... and does anyone know if statute of limitations would apply to any of these less known methods.

I have only saved "money". I'm pretty sure even in NS there are mechanics liens... those are standard. Being that there is no real "money", you could look into reduce "paying" from now on...

The title of Chapter 277 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Mechanics' Lien Act, is amended by striking out "Mechanics" and substituting "Builders".

Looks like it all goes back to property which is what a lien is for... car, home, name, bond... a security interest

What loss did you take from this? Did you hire a liar or something?

I realize I may be oversimplifying things, no doubt, but I really grabbed onto that courtesy and proper notice thread and Scott made it seem so simple......there must be a similar process through notices and affidavits where I can get the gov. to agree they owe me compensation and then collect.

Well once you understand you are the "value" for "money" here in Canada, you can be compensated...

I am concerned about statutes of limitations, if you don't want to help me just say so, no, i can't help you or no, i want you to learn it yourself, that is fine, i won't be mad, but when I ask for help just say yes or no, please, and this is where i fake menopause and over tiredness and say good night and sorry for being so rude on your guys es facebook page. I honestly didn't come here to find someone to do the work for me, I am worried about statutes of limitations..but I will find out on my own.
