This is the work of the local "oracle" (whom scott is familiar with) who tell people they can stand up in summary court & claim they are sovereign.... despite all the contracts & adhesions hanging out of them like tin cans at a wedding. These days they & the political agenda they push claim " free man is nonsense" In this slave world they wish to continue, of course FREE MAN Ideology is nonsense, they cant exist together. My belief in freedom will never be swayed by these idiots or those of the judiciary. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9txjGNFREQA

I'd imagine that's a different type of case Pol... Defaulting on an existing contract as opposed to not wanting to enter one in the first place by choice is different...

Actually its the same shit , this individual who is a good friend of mine was going the same sovereign/freeman route. He had all his documentation ready has been looking for full disclosure of the contracts for 3 years now. He was railroaded in court and unlawfully inprisoned. He also reminded the judge of his oath of office and tried to involke his human rights but to no avail !! He is the first here to challenge the court here in waterford and has been doing it for a few years now, really pising them off . since the tourettes judge video appeared on the net the irish court services have been shaken badly and are now lashing back, hence the result in limerick. The crown dont like being questioned or challenged. As i said the whip is out now !!

Eamon i dont want to say too much here due to privacy issues. !! we were asked to leave our bags phones etc outside and were watched very carefully, as the court were afraid of further recordings. It was a complete setup.

Inherent jurisdiction Inherent jurisdiction is a doctrine of the English common law that a superior court has the jurisdiction to hear any matter that comes before it, unless a statute or rule limits that authority or grants exclusive jurisdiction to some other court or tribunal. The term is also used when a governmental institution derives its jurisdiction from a fundamental governing instrument such as a constitution. In the English case of Bremer Vulkan Schiffbau und Maschinenfabrik v. South India Shipping Corporation Ltd, Lord Diplock described the court's inherent jurisdiction as a general power to control its own procedure so as to prevent its being used to achieve injustice
