Im glad Philip brought this up. This is an idea ive been toying-with for awhile. The- NOTICE OF ASSUMED JURISDICTION..a sort of, 'turn-the-tables-on-them' Notice, letting THEM know "I ASSUME you will be happy operating in my CHOICE of jurisdiction-of-law that i AGREE to be GOVERNED by." ;)

" Only a PARTY may be NOTICED, and since the GOVERNMENT IS NOT A PERSON, they CANNOT be a PARTY."..... since the PROVINCE OF ONTARIO is NOT a PARTY, then this makes sense as to why they needed a 'delegated-authority/agent' the ELECTRICAL SAFETY AUTHORITY to sick after my dad instead..mmmmmmm, so much clearer now..thank you Scott Duncan- i hope the Easter Bunny is good to you tomorrow ;)

There is NO definition for EX JURIS interestingly, in The Dictionary of Canadian Law or Black's Law 9th..there is however one for EX JURE in Black's 9th- EX JURE: Of or by legal right. ..notice, LEGAL right ;)

This just came to me..how about just walking into a court with an Affidavit affirming that- "...just like Peter Hogg says; i am not a Government Actor, performing a Government Action, or performing-a-public-function-of-Government. If anyone here thought i was, then that would be a MISTAKE, and i forgive YOU. Proceeding with this matter against me any further SHALL be CONSIDERED to be INTENT to DEFRAUD." :/
