It shouldn't (Notice I DON'T say "WON'T" because they are just making shit up now, and acting arbitrarily) because TRUSTS are not the same JURISDICTION and involve 3 potential parties, and even a Supernumerary in the "legal" system is subordinate to the TRUSTEE in a TRUST. ...but they just make shit up now, so there's that.
