Exactly, Pierre! Why would you answer the phone, talk to a complete stranger that you have absolutely NO WAY of verifying their IDENTITY? it is CRAZY to talk over the phone. EVERYTHING MUST BE IN WRITING! Never talk in the phone, that is irresponsible. And you may include in your communication to cease all phone calls, or any/all communication for eternity, literally.
