I'm thinking outloud here...wouldnt it be better to deal with them on a living being basis as opposed to a CEO for a corporation....the power you have is that you are the only one that can sign an actual contract...a corporation (the collection agency) cant sign a contract...not to mention the fact that you don't have a contract with them anyway..if there was a contract involved it was with bell ?
