Yes Gail, he is fucking up. HE presents, SHE does NOT "question". She is "practising law" by doing that. The defense can recuse her...if the defense was a PERSON (it isn't).

trial by teleconference. i can see the benefits, but oh the implications for allowing such technology. Is he attempting to present an argument between parties for settlement by the court?
