Everytime I use a COUPON, the Government pick the $$ on the SURETY
Coupon can be used in Hospital, Court, School�etc
If a PERSON lien the NAME, I surely have to give my AUTHORIZATION, since I�m the LAWFUL holder in due course of that NAME ??.
When the NAME is liened, the TRUST (Government) can�t take anything on the SURETY no more ??
The Trust, where this PERSON that liened that NAME his kept, has now the DUTY of ADMINISTRATE that NAME�.this is where I get lost�maybe before that :D :D
