If your imaginary friend hurt her i think there is no way he can tiptoe around this issue.. ..he wasnt COMMERCIALY ENGAGED WITH SOME SORT OF CONTRACT ISSUE.. i dont have the correct words at my dispose but if he harmed someone he stands liable as natural person and security.. .
