NOTARIZED.. .hmmm interesting when a clerk notarizes BC he certifies the signature/whatever as a fact, I didn't sign it someone else did someonelse ACTS than as surety which is FACT....Is that all ...simply a certified notarized copy of your BC Into courtfile. ..surety has been established.. .A Notice of mistake via reg. Post and thats it really. ....why show up in court. ..???
