Have you ever done a NOTICE OF FORGIVENESS?.. i actually typed one up for my dad and had him send it into the City this past week. Not ASKING for Forgiveness mind you, but GRANTING them Forgiveness on a particular-matter they did not abide to correctly as per his INSTRUCTIONS he gave them in the previous NOTICE he sent to them ;)
