If they try, serve the "You" back with a QUESTION; "Are YOU addressing, ME"?
"By what authority do YOU address ME as ANY name or Title derived fro a PUBLIC DOCUMENT, including CITIZEN"?
"Are YOU a CITIZEN"? ;) That one always drives them nuts. :D
