thanks I'll check it out, what I'm thinking is that the Government of Canada is still prorogued and the Harper Government has taken over without anyone's awareness..hence the name change

I am looking into the governor generals direction. There has to be an act covering or not.... Its spread out near as I have figuered we as indivdual native born originals have the power to order.... Still wondering how one would enforce.... More research to do.

We have a similar situation as far as proroguing goes here in Ontario now too and I think BC may have had the same....there has to be an unseen benefit for them beyond the getting out of having to answer tough questions and being held accountable lol
