He says adding the points offered in this notice WITHIN an affidavit would be clear enough as an affidavit is truth unless rebutted. I believe that Scott has made this NOTICE to be an EXHIBIT to an affidavit to stand as a PERFECTED CLAIM.

An Affidavit is just the mechanism that kicks off the "TRUTH"... to the best of my recollection... I have no recollection of that... do I know you?

haha, Jay... The point is that a NOTICE would be put fourth as a CLAIM or NOTICE so if anyone has another CLAIM, they should justly speak up. This is why the NOTICE OF MISTAKE, is an exhibit to an affidavit (truth unless rebutted). Scott is bottom-line with this and prefers no ambiguity with these matters. You could state these questions within an affidavit only, but is meant to leave all bases covered, especially in the worst case scenarios.
