However, it says a "person" is entitled to be recognized by the name. So it seems to suggest that a legal fiction is entitled not the man. So by waiving that entitlement could it not imply that you ARE a fiction since it appears to be a right attributable to a fiction/person not a man? Unless of course there has been a redefinition of person.
