Of course they did....they sent me a letter saying that they had good reasons to believe I was NOT declaring ALL my revenu.....with this letter there was a LONG questionnaire...and guess what...I ANSWERED ALL THEIR QUESTIONS....that was in january 2010

and then they asked for a COMPLETE statment of my bank accounts and I said no.

so they've sent me a bill....

I know one of the "Presumptions" of the court here is "the presumption that revenue statutes be construed strictly" but presumptions can be rebutted, it has to be to do with registration.

and now...I HAVE TO BRING THEM in court to to proove they are wrong

but in the mean time I realized that they were PRESUMING I am one of their employee

So I started sending them questions about that, and about a certified copy of this LAW (income tax act)

Their answer was: THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS CASE

and they seem very in a hurry to go to trial....

check your rules/Courts Act to see the juridiction of the court your in.

if the court your in is, by legislation, only authorized to hear statute you cannot seek remedy there. your righs are grounded in the common law

Well..... check out your Acts - it will state in there their jurisidiction. I dont suggest you assume they cant, may be worth reviewing your Acts.

They will see you as a legal fiction asking them to reserve the rights of the fiction. You can ONLY have standing there as a fiction. It has no jurisdiction (likely based on what you said) to hear a man.

not an appeal. Can an action be launched there. Just because its called an "appeal" court it does not mean an originaating action cant be commenced there. Yes certainly accept jurisdiction where your right can be recognized and protected. There are your rights!!!

You have to read the Act that give life and jurisdiction to your respective courts. in ontario it is called the courts of justice act

If the court u are in is a statutory court only dont waste your time trying to assert writs, praecipes etc. They have no jurisdiction (authority) to hear such things

One thing is sure Ed, I faced the music, I stayed determined, I told the truth and I told them that I will NEVER pay what they ask from me because I dont owe NOTHING to them, and if I deserve to be criminaly charged, well PLEASE charge me....I faced EVERY points they brougth up, and I told them EXACTLY what I think about it....and the judge told me at least 3 times during this 6 hours....I BELIEVE YOU...so if he believe me....should be good.???...but I'll rather wait until I receive the judgement...:)
