SCOTT- regarding the AMICUS CURIAE, are you saying...that by virtue of them being members of the B.A.R., this automatically NEGATES them from as you said- "...ARE NOT, AND CANNOT BE A PARTY AND HAVE NO STANDING."....??? :/
