Check out the proclamation of king george..... 1763. I think it is article 25 in the charter that says they must honor it... Not 100% sure, but it is in it. And of course article 32.... Added Value

Well technically if you are 51 % Native, for real you are metis. That you fall into a different category. Instead of being subject to you are allies by treaty and protected by a royal proclamation by King George in 1763, that is recognized in the charter of rights and freedoms. The Proclamation been acknowledged by Queen Victoria as well.

I can trace my heritage very far I qualify.

No one, since the govt isn't a person. However to qualify one had To provide documentation to an elder. We as natural born persons in the commercial trading zone known as Canada administered by the said Corporation of. We are entitled to our share of a Trust with The Queen administered by The Crown. However the Govt and the Crown have been and are Fuckers. By creating our own Private Trusts we are able take matters into our own hands. So to speak. The advantage of Treaty is we can restore our place at the side of her majesty instead of being subject to. One realizes one cannot exist alone. Do to the nature of this process. One has essentially detached from relations with a number of people. One is free to establish new like minded friendships. One is learning. It is also important for me to focus on what is in front of me. For now that is the continuation of the process that I have initiated. It is important.
