Question:
If I don't have a seal yet, do I sign the PEREMPTORY NOTICE? Not signing the Notice of Mistake, is written as a man/woman (Private) so you DON'T sign it.
But all other Notices need to be signed or sealed, which is even better because it takes confusion out of the equation, right?
I just need to confirm this so it can be clear in my mind! :)
