Unless I am mistaken DISMISSED charges remain part of the PUBLIC RECORD and the court can reopen that shit whenever they please. If a case is QUASHED then it is like it never happened and no record of it will be found anywhere. At the very minimum you want the matter DISCHARGED. If this is a shitstain then please forgive me.
